Deep Dive 4×90 · Portuguese immersion pack
Four private 90-minute sessions with room to go all the way into a topic — sustained conversation, detailed grammar, and the kind of feedback that only arrives when nobody is watching the clock.
Watch a session run
↑ A 45-minute lesson would have ended here. Mid-thought.
In a shorter lesson the last two never quite arrive — you're only finding your rhythm when the time runs out. The second half is where this pack lives.
Who this is really for
This isn't the FastTrack with more minutes bolted on. It's a different way of working — and it suits some learners far better than others.
"Because that's how it is" doesn't satisfy you. You want the logic underneath the rule, and you'll happily spend twenty minutes on a preposition if it finally clicks.
Ordering coffee isn't the problem. Holding your ground for an hour — in a meeting, at the notary, at dinner with your in-laws — is. That takes practice at length.
Fewer, longer sessions are easier to protect in a full calendar than a weekly appointment you keep moving.
If what you need is momentum and short bursts that fit a busy week, the FastTrack 4×45 is the honest recommendation — and it costs you less.
Between the lessons
Ninety minutes goes deep — and depth fades faster than you'd think if nothing touches it for a fortnight. What keeps it alive is small, frequent, and easy to open.
Matching, sorting, quizzes — made from what you wrestled with this session, not a generic word list. Two minutes on your phone, in a queue.
Chatbots built for your real situations — the meeting, the Finanças, the difficult conversation. Say it wrong ten times in private, so you say it once, well, out there.
A private folder shared between the two of us. Every slide, audio, and correction lands there as we go — and stays there when the pack ends.
None of this is homework you'll be graded on. It's there because what happens between lessons is what makes the next one worth having.
What's included
Who's teaching
A Brazilian who teaches European Portuguese, because she had to learn it herself.
I'm Denise — a Luso-Brazilian teacher and linguist with more than 15 years of teaching behind me, across Brazil, Germany, and Portugal. I began in Brazil teaching language, literature, and writing; in 2012 I moved to Europe alone, and since 2020 I've lived and taught in Madeira.
I'm currently completing a Master's in Portuguese as a Foreign and Second Language at the University of Coimbra, where my research is on the Madeiran variety and Portuguese pluricentrism.
Ninety minutes is where I'm most myself as a teacher: it's long enough to follow a question wherever it actually leads, which is usually somewhere more interesting than the lesson plan.

Talk to me first
Any question, any doubt, anything you'd like adjusted — write to me directly. No assistant, no chatbot, no ticket number. I answer myself, and I'd rather sort things out before you book than after.
Before you book
Stripe takes the payment, and you immediately get a booking link. You pick all four slots yourself, at times that fit your week — the five-week window starts from the first one. If nothing on the calendar works for you, message me on WhatsApp and we'll find something.
Talk to me — life happens, and I'd rather adjust than lose you. A holiday, a work trip, a difficult month: we find a way around it.
That said, I'll be honest about why the five weeks are there. Language doesn't wait for you politely; what you build in one session starts fading in the next. Four lessons spread over five weeks compound. The same four spread over five months are four beginnings. The window isn't a rule I enjoy enforcing — it's the thing that makes the pack work.
Most people fear this and few experience it. The session has shape — we shift between speaking, working, and consolidating, so it doesn't feel like one long push. But if you know you fade after an hour, believe yourself and take the FastTrack instead.
Usually not. At A1, shorter and more frequent beats long and intense — you need repetition more than depth. Start with the FastTrack, and move here when the questions get bigger than the answers fit into 45 minutes.
You can. I live between both varieties every day, and I'll be explicit about which one we're in and why it matters — without turning every lesson into a comparison.
Let me know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move the session. Message me on WhatsApp and it's sorted in a minute.
Yes. Everything lives in a Google Drive folder shared with you — it stays yours after the pack ends.
